Howl is a turn-based puzzle/tactical folktale set in the Middle Ages, where a mysterious "howling plague" ravages the land. Any who hear the beasts’ howls turn into feral, hungering beasts themselves – further spreading the curse through their own howls. Play as a daring combat Prophet with the ability to foretell your enemies’ moves. Plan up to six steps ahead to outmaneuver your enemies. Fire a variety of arrows and use skills like Smoke Bombs and Shadow Step’s Invisibility to kill any beasts who stand in your way. Each type of beast offers its own challenges. Howl features a total of 5 chapters, including the free Heart of Rot update, each with a distinct visual atmosphere scored by soothing music. It features its own chapter map, new enemies, new environment mechanics, the new Lightning Shot skill, and an NPC who fights by your side in later levels. Access to this update is FREE for anyone who has bought the Howl base game. Features Foretell the actions of your enemies in turn-based puzzle/tactics combat. Play through 60 levels across 4 chapters, plus 18 new levels in the free update chapter! Beautifully illustrated in a unique, living ink art style. Outsmart the different wolf species, from fast predators to enormous pack leaders. Unlock and upgrade new skills like Shadow Step, Exploding Shot, and more. Save villagers from the claws – and howls – of the wolves. Plot your route on the world map to uncover new skills and secret paths.

Questions about Howl
Is a Howl key cheaper than buying it on GOG?
Yes. The cheapest key that activates in the US costs $2.96, 1% less than the $2.99 GOG asks.
What is the lowest Howl price in the last 30 days?
The lowest price we recorded for Howl in the last 30 days, counting keys for every region, was $2.05. The lowest listed price for a key that activates in the US is $2.96 today.
Do these Howl prices include fees?
Not always. Stores that sell their own keys, such as Steam and GOG, add no service fee, though sales tax is added at checkout in the US and Canada. Marketplaces add a service fee at checkout, and some payment methods add their own, so on a marketplace the total at checkout will be higher than the price listed here.
Will every Howl key work in the US?
Not all of them. Keys sold for another region (LATAM) may not activate on an account registered in the US; that applies to 1 of the 12 offers here. The cheapest key named above does.
Is it safe to buy a cheap Howl key?
Official stores sell their own keys. Marketplaces and third-party sellers sell keys from other sellers: check the seller and the key’s region before you buy, and pay through the store’s own checkout.
