Six of 2026's biggest games are selling below their list price this week. We checked every price on GCG for Ireland, in euros, on 12 October 2026. Prices change daily, and marketplace prices can move several times a day, so open the game's page for the current figure before you buy.

We have only picked keys sold for Europe or worldwide, which should activate on an Irish account. Several of these games also have cheaper region-locked keys; we have left those out.

Horror and the paranormal

Resident Evil Requiem

Capcom's latest mainline Resident Evil launched on 27 February and scores between 89 and 93 on Metacritic, depending on platform. It has sold strongly too: Capcom reported more than eight million units in its results for the quarter to 30 June. The cheapest key that works in Ireland is a Steam key at €35.73 on Kinguin. Playing on Switch 2? The Nintendo eShop is running its own sale, at €49.59 instead of €79.99, with no marketplace involved.

Control Resonant

Remedy's sequel arrived on 24 September with Dylan Faden in the lead. Reviews were mostly warm, and it sits at 83 on Metacritic on both PC and PS5. VGC and GameSpot were among the most positive, while several critics found the combat repetitive and the large open world uneven. Less than three weeks after launch, a Europe Steam key is €29.01 on Kinguin, under half of Steam's €59.99.

Action and driving

007 First Light

IO Interactive's James Bond game came out on 27 May, and the studio said in August that it had passed four million copies sold. It holds 87 on Metacritic on PS5 and 84 on PC. A Europe Steam key is €43.86 on Kinguin, 37% under Steam's price.

Forza Horizon 6

This time the series is set in Japan, and the 19 May launch drew more than six million players within days, a figure that includes Game Pass players. It scores 90 on Metacritic on Xbox and PC. The saving comes from a Microsoft Store PC key at €47.88 on Kinguin. That key is redeemed on Microsoft's store rather than Steam, so decide which launcher you want before you buy.

Gears of War: E-Day

The Coalition's prequel, set 14 years before the original Gears of War, launched on 6 October. It has 87 on Metacritic on Xbox Series X and 83 on PC. A Europe Microsoft Store PC key is €52.18 on Kinguin, about 25% under Steam's €69.99. The game is also part of Game Pass, which may work out cheaper if you already subscribe.

Palworld: the official store wins

Pocketpair's creature-collecting survival game left early access with version 1.0 on 10 July, adding an area of floating islands and 72 new Pals. That weekend it peaked at 855,525 concurrent players on Steam. This week Steam itself sells it for €20.29, 30% off. The cheapest marketplace Steam key that works in Ireland is €22.99 on Kinguin, so buying direct is both cheaper and simpler: no seller to vet and no service fee.

Before you buy

Marketplace prices, like Kinguin's above, do not include the service fee the marketplace adds at checkout, or any payment fee. Compare checkout totals; how we rank offers explains why.
On a marketplace you buy from a third-party seller, so check the seller's rating on the listing.
Check the region and platform on the listing before you pay.
